Standard Round Trip Pick-up/Delivery Starting at $5.00:
- Within a 10 mile radius – $5.00
- Within a 20 mile radius – $10.00
- Further than 20 mile radius – $15.00
New Accession One-time Processing Fee Starting at $1.00:
- New microfilm accession per roll – $1.00
- New X-ray accession location or bin – $2.00
- New box accession per box – $3.00
Accessing Documents in Storage Ranging from 25¢ – $5.00:
- Retrieval for file/box/X-ray/microfilm – $1.50
- Rush retrieval for file/box/X-ray/microfilm – $5.00
- Attempted Retrieval (search in boxes or files using incorrect location information supplied by the customer) – $2.00
- Interfiling files/X-rays/microfiche – $2.00
- Facsimile or photocopy service per page – 25¢
- Returns – $1.00
Destruction of Documents Starting at $2.00*:
*Records destroyed by outside vendor will be charged back to departments at actual cost along with a trip charge if required.
